ADA House-Final Project: May 5th, 2017

As the year comes down to a dwindling end, it is time to begin our final project of the year. So far this year, we have ;learned so much, from details and specifications, to how use Revit. The last project of the year that I will be working on is constructing a design for someone that would have potential disabilities or is handicapped. With doing some research, i found out that typically a hall should be 3' 6'' wide minimum, and everything would need to be wheelchair accessible. Furthermore, the bathroom would need to have space with enough for a circle with a 5' diameter. The last thing is that the house should be one story, since going up and down stairs would be difficult. With these ideas in mind, I started to design a modern house with those requirements. Alas, with AP testing this week and next, I have been in and out of the class room and have not really gotten a chance to work on it. Till next time! Goodbye.
